New Secondary Education: full-time schools policy analysis

ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the Policy of Promoting Full-Time Secondary Schools, which prompts Brazilian New Education to identify possibilities for ecosystemic education. Its theoretical basis is plural, based on complexity and governance. Methodology includes document analysis, survey with schools, immersion in a school Federal District. Based critical discourse it concluded that there room self-eco-organization local policies, indicating reform does not take place norms or resources but people’s actions, context practice. Failure allocate financial information can compromise sustainability.
